General Refund Policy:

At Spiritspective, we are committed to providing enlightening spiritual readings. Our policy is designed to honor the trust you place in our services while maintaining fairness and transparency.

Refund Eligibility:

  • If at any point during the initial phase of your reading you feel that there is no connection or benefit, please voice this immediately. The initial phase is defined as the first 5 minutes for regular readings and 10 minutes for specialized services.

  • Refunds must be requested before the session's completion. Documentation of client satisfaction or non-satisfaction will be noted for record-keeping.

Cancellations:

  • For cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session incur a 50% fee.

  • If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, you may choose to reschedule or receive a pro-rated refund.

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime. For a full refund, cancellation requests must be made within the first 5 days of the month. Refunds are not available once the exclusive content has been delivered.

Physical Mail of Readings:

  • The mailed physical reading is a gift and considered a bonus to your email reading.

  • We provide a tracking number for each mailed reading. If there are issues with postal services including loss or damage, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, but we do not offer refunds for postal errors.

  • In case of legibility concerns, we can provide a digital transcription upon request.

  • You may choose to add insurance to your physical reading's delivery at your own expense.

One Question By Email:

  • If you are not satisfied with the insight provided in response to your one question, we invite you to reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your reading.

  • Instead of a direct refund, we will offer you the opportunity to either clarify your initial question or ask a new question, ensuring that you receive the guidance you are seeking.

  • This redo is provided as a one-time courtesy to enhance your experience and satisfaction with our service.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Our guidance is subjective and intended for personal enrichment. We do not predict or guarantee future outcomes. We cannot be held responsible for any actions taken after a reading.

  • For any concerns or disputes arising after the initial phase, we offer a resolution process that includes mediation and clarification services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who consistently engages in what we determine to be unjust or dishonest refund practices.

This policy may be updated periodically, and we will communicate significant changes to our clients in a timely manner.
